Earlier this year, Congress passed an extension of the Emergency Unemployment Compensation (EUC) law. New requirements were put in place to assist those unemployed long-term with finding employment.
In order for your EUC benefits to continue, you must attend an EUC Orientation and a one-on-one appointment before the date on the letter you received from our office. The EUC Orientation will be held at the Larimer County Workforce Center, Fort Collins office. The orientation will last 90 minutes.

During the EUC Orientation, you will receive information about the new EUC requirements, online assessments, labor market and career information, and services available to you through the Workforce Center. You will also receive information about what you must bring to your one-on-one appointment.

Your attendance at the EUC Orientation will be reported to the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment, Unemployment Insurance Claimant Services.
