Being laid off is one of the most stressful and difficult situations that individuals and families can go through, regardless if it happened yesterday or last year.

LCWC is offering facilitated small groups for laid off customers. From Laid Off To Living Support Groups will lead you through the emotional transition of the change process. As a result of the group experience, you will learn strategies for managing change and then create a personal action plan for your future.

Important information about the groups:
*Each group meets one time per week for 2 1/2 hours.
*The group will meet at the same day and time each week for six sessions.
*Each group will consist of a maximum of eight participants and be led by a LCWC staff person who is a certified “From Laid Off to Living” facilitator.
*You will be required to attend all six sessions (unless you become employed!).
*A facilitator will contact you after you register to provide you with additional information including meeting location.
