David Hollars has served as the Executive Director of the Centralina Workforce Development Board in Charlotte, North Carolina since 1990. He has earned numerous awards and recognition for his innovative strategies and commitment to driving workforce solutions. Honors include, the George B. Autry Leadership Award for lifetime achievement in workforce development, US Department of Labor Recognition of Excellence and most recently the Jack Callaghan Cornerstone Award. David exemplifies the true collaborative nature of partnerships and he has consistently demonstrated expertise in leveraging resources and in creating visions for the community.

Gary Horvath, MBA has over 20 years experience conducting business, economic, and market research on the Colorado economy. This includes the preparation of economic forecasts for the state, including two studies that evaluated each county's strengths and weaknesses from both an industry and occupation perspective. He has completed industry and cluster analysis in the areas of manufacturing, tourism, nanotechnology, photonics, homeland security, and creative industries.
