Whatever your situation, background, or time in life, the Larimer County Workforce Center is organized to help you move forward. Our program is designed with the idea that no two people are alike. Discover your own pathway to success by setting goals that make sense for you. Our expectations of you are high, but always realistic.
When you arrive at the Workforce Center, you have the opportunity to work with a dedicated career coach and gain access to training, classes, and internships. We provide a partnership that will help keep you on track. Participating in the Larimer County Works Program is a required commitment for the benefit of you and your family.

You will work with career coaches at the Larimer County Workforce Center (LCWC) to assist you in developing a plan to increase your household income. Your plan will be based on your goals and circumstances. You will work toward goals you’ve chosen that will benefit you and your family.

Do You Need Childcare?
Colorado Childcare Assistance Program (CCAP)

What Community Resources are available to me?

Contact your coach for up to date information on community resources (food, shelter, childcare, counseling, advocacy).
How do I report changes?
Department of Human Services (DHS) information:
Report changes to income, new sources of income (both earned and unearned), changes in household composition and/or if you move to DHS by the 10th of the month following a change. You can do this by these methods:

A hiring event is an opportunity to meet face-to-face with an employer to discuss and apply for their open positions. The Larimer County Workforce Center hosts weekly hiring events for a variety of employers in our Loveland and Fort Collins offices.
