The Larimer County Workforce Investment Board:

• Represents the community
• Provides employer-led, strategic leadership
• Convenes necessary partners to assist employers to find talent in existing and emerging industries
• Assists residents to reach their fullest employment potential
• Works with community resources

  Focus – Increase WIB focus on workforce and economic trends through use of data and measurement of results.

  Marketing - Increase visibility of WIB and Workforce Center services to business, labor, education, economic development, community, government and other stakeholders.

  Partnerships – Strengthen alignment between business, labor, education, economic development, community, government and other partners to support a changing business environment.

  Funding – Maximize sustainable funding for local WIB projects and initiatives.
