The Larimer County Economic & Workforce Development is convening workforce thought leaders and community stakeholders to develop workforce strategies for northern Colorado employers. Symposium speakers and breakout sessions will feature innovative models and best practices related to the following themes:
- Competency-based recruitment, hiring and training
- Work-based learning, such as internships and apprenticeships
- Employee retention through purpose-driven cultures
The event will include presentations from local experts, participatory breakout sessions and best practices networking showcases, .
Registration begins at 7:15 a.m.
Opening General Session begins at 8:15 a.m.
