Make the most of your summer. Every spring, creative programs are launched to prepare young action-takers for their next step in employment. Summer program participants gain exposure to interesting careers, entrepreneurship and winning summer job hunt practices.
Featured Spring & Summer Programs
For ages 14-18. Set Your Summer for Fun & Profit! Use your time off from school to get what you really want. Over the summer months, receive a weekly newsletter with job search tips, event notifications and information on employers looking to hire with the goal of connecting teens to rewarding summer jobs.
Must be 16 years of age. Apply for a summer internship in manufacturing supported by the Larimer County Workforce Center and the NoCo Manufacturing Partnership. Positions include: Manufacturing Intern and Graphics Intern.
For ages 14-24. Take a ride with the Larimer County Workforce Center to experience careers of the future. See behind the scenes of local businesses and get ideas from real professionals on how to get to your dream career. Just like the open road, the possibilities are endless and you just need a glimpse in the right direction to find your way! Career Road Trips is a summer program. Interested in Summer 2016? Youth ages 18 and younger. This 5-part workshop will assist you in identifying and preparing a business plan and will wrap up with youth presenting their business plan to local business leaders and compete for a cash award.

Be a part of something that matters. Get your boots on the ground and help sustain our natural resources. For ages 14-24, corpsmembers gain valuable experience working in teams, developing personal and professional skills, while learning about local conservation efforts.
