Welcome to the Youth Conservation Corps

The Larimer County Youth Conservation Corps (LCYCC) promotes youth development through service for the benefit of our environment and community. The program is based out of the Fort Collins Workforce Center office.

Youth Work Experiences on Public Lands

The U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and the U.S. Department of the Interior encourages workforce and public lands management agencies to explore areas of collaboration that will expand meaningful work and learning opportunities for low-income youth and young adults on Federally-managed public lands. This Webinar will be hosted by representatives from the three (3) Departments and will outline what resources are available and what activities can be provided through their respective programs to support this effort. The Webinar will also highlight four (4) state or local workforce, land management agency, and Corps partnerships that were developed in order to put youth to work on public lands.
